In case we haven't met – Hi! I’m Sara Chevere and I am the Creator and Founder of the Financially Fit Women. I teach women, couples, and female entrepreneurs to become financially fit by teaching them about money. 

I am on a mission to help women to achieve fulfillment in their lives despite any challenges they might be encountering. 

I am a huge believer that if we help women find fulfillment in all areas of their lives, we can make a huge impact in the world. 

I am partnering with top coaches like you. These events have helped coaches to build huge lists of fans that have generated thousands of leads and achieve 6-figure and multiple 6-figure launches.

Contributors' Requirements

► PROMO WINDOW: NOVEMBER 30 - DECEMBER 13, 2020

The Giveaway opens on Monday, November 30th, and closes on Friday December 18th. Your emails promoting the event must go out during this window.

► CONTRIBUTOR FEE

There is no fee to participate as a contributor.

Or you may also join our VIP Contributors' Club to get these VIP benefits:

- Offer up to 2 Free Gifts to get double exposure, this means more chances to gain new subscribers

- Offer up to 2 affiliate products

- And provide an additional unique gift for our VIP Members

All these additional benefits for $150 fee

This is because my team does all the heavy lifting and puts in an enormous amount of time and energy to make a successful giveaway event so you can get an opportunity to grow your list with targeted leads. You can do the math,  $150 and your offers will be seen by at least 150,000 sets of eyes.

► LIST SIZE REQUIREMENT: AT LEAST 5000 MINIMUM

In order to participate, we ask that all contributors have an email list of at least 5,000 subscribers (with a target audience of business owners and client-based professionals). We have many experts with way more than that.

Note: this does NOT include your social media following. The number of subscribers applies only to your email list.

► COMMIT TO SEND 2 SOLO EMAILS

You will promote the giveaway 2 times to your mailing list, 2 times as a solo, optional 1 time as a Newsletter blurb, and at least 1 time on social media. We will provide the copy and images for this.

VIP All-Access Pass - 50% Commission

► With an VIP All-Access Pass of $47, attendees will have a lifetime access to all the Contributors Free Gift presentations and a bonus PLAYBOOK, rather than only being able to access it during the Giveaway Event. Also, the opportunity to have an additional gift as a Bonus Swag. 

► You will be provided with a unique link to invite people to sign up and to record all people who will register and upgrade to the ALL-ACCESS VIP PASS via your unique link.

► For every person who will upgrade via your unique link, you will be given a 50% commission.

Complete Your Contributor Intake Form

Even if you have notified us via email that you’d like to participate, your spot is not secure until you have made the appointment and the intake form has been submitted (see below).

Note: We reserve the right to reject your application or giveaway offer if it doesn’t meet our desired goals. If this happens, we’ll contact you and work with you to craft a different offer that does work. If we still can’t arrive at a solution, we’ll refund any contributor's fee.

Fill out & Submit the application by November 16th, 2020

As soon as you submit your intake form, you’ll receive an email with the rest of the instructions.

Your application must be submitted by November 16th, or we may not be able to list your giveaway offer on the site on Opening Day.

Create Your Giveaway Offer 

The more exciting your offer, the more likely you are to get MORE opt ins! (And the bigger the buzz we all create together!)

► TWO TYPES OF GIFTS:

► ALL CONTRIBUTORS MUST OFFER A "FREE FOR EVERYONE" GIFT.

You may ALSO choose to offer a Raffle gift, but this is not required.

Create Your Opt-in Page

► YOUR OPT-IN PAGE SHOULD INCLUDE:

▪️ A banner for the giveaway (we will provide you with this)

▪️ Boilerplate language explaining the terms of the giveaway (we will provide you with this

▪️ The title of your giveaway offer

▪️ A description of the offer and its benefits

▪️ A way for visitors to sign up to get the offer or to win it in a raffle

► YOUR THANK YOU PAGE SHOULD INCLUDE:

▪️ A confirmation message for people who have opted in

▪️ Details on how to access their giveaway offer, or when and how to expect announcements for your raffle winners

DEADLINE TO CREATE YOUR PAGES: DECEMBER 4TH

Your pages must be working and ready for us to review and test by Sunday, December 6th.

Promote the Giveaway Between November 30th - December 13th, 2020

As explained in the Requirements section above, you must send 3 solo emails promoting the giveaway to your email list between November 30th– December 13th, 2020, as well as post on your social media channels.

The giveaway only works if we ALL promote and help build buzz.

We will provide you with promotional email copy, social media posts, and graphics.

Forward Your Solo Emails to Our Team 

We ask that, each time you send a solo email about the giveaway, you forward that email to us at [email protected] so we can track all promotions for the event and obtain accurate metrics.

Collect and Provide Us With Name of Your Raffle Winners 

If you are raffling off any gifts, you will choose your winners the day AFTER the giveaway ends (December 23, 2020). You will contact your winners to let them know they’ve won your gift, and then provide US with your winners’ full names (first AND last – you may need to ask them for their last name when you contact them).
